At Pillow Pod, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for comfort and support. This document outlines our warranty and returns policy for all Pillow Pod customers. Please read through the following information:
Australian Consumer Guarantees Our warranty complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Remedies & Returns If you experience a fault within 6 months of receiving your Pillow Pod and it was present at the time of delivery, we’ll first work with you to resolve it - this may include sending replacement parts such as extra filling or a new case. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate. For hygiene reasons, we do not require customers to return the faulty product to us. Instead, we will remedy the situation without needing the physical item back.
Exclusions Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by stains, spills, sweat, grease, or other marks due to misuse or mishandling.
General wear and tear from regular use.
Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
Change of Mind Returns We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you are dissatisfied with the product. We only offer replacements if the product is defective. This is due to hygiene reasons, as used bedding products cannot be restocked.
However, we make an exception for unopened products. It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping is non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I'm actually really shocked at the difference this has made to my sleep! At age 57 I've always struggled with sleep. Ironically I can't stand anyone or anything touching me when I sleep but I feel so secure and comfy with my pillow pod! Wish I'd bought one a long time ago!

Awesome product! We tried a cheaper one from a local store before purchasing this one, and it was too large and high for my 7yr old. This is the perfect size, and has been used every night since it arrived. We live regional and it arrived so quickly it caught me off guard when it came. 10/10 highly recommended.
I have had trouble sleeping for months but now with the Pillow Pod it has helped me to stop tossing and turning. It is easier to sleep on my back as well.
I bought it for my 8 yr old granddaughter. After she was getting into bed with her mother every night! She now sleeps in her own bed every night. She absolutely loves it. Thank you.
it is what it is. it's the only case that fits the pillow and it's pretty thin and poor quality. I will say at least it is actually mostly all cotton. poor quality zipper and I cannot envision it lasting more than three washes. I will invest in some dome fasteners to replace the zip

Our Pillow Pod cases are made from 100% cotton, and we have recently introduced a large extended zip specifically to make taking the case on and off the Pillow Pod much easier. We do stand by the quality of our cases and zips, and they are designed to withstand regular use and washing. We also provide a 6-month replacement policy, so in the unlikely event that anything does happen to your case or zip within this period, please reach out to our team and we’ll be happy to assist with a replacement. We hope the case proves much more durable than you’re anticipating and that you enjoy your Pillow Pod.
Beautiful colour. And very comfortable and snuggly pillow. My granddaughter loves it. Needed a bit of filling, but I was supplied more and its perfect.
It’s really helped me sleep as I can’t sleep on my stomach anymore which hurts my back so I started on my side but my knees and ankles didn’t like clashing so the pillow is perfect to keep them apart. I may need a u shaped one as I like to turn over in the night
I bought one for my daughter who would refuse to sleep in her own bed. I’d read all the reviews and was skeptical but had tried everything so how could this hurt. Since having it she sleeps in her own room all night every night. She loves it and I think it’s become like a comfort zone for her.
I’ve now also bought my autistic son the blue one and he loves it just as much. Both have them as a priority on their beds.
