Warranty Coverage
Pillow Pod products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults or defects. If you experience an issue with your product, please contact our team via email at support@pillowpod.com.au to initiate a warranty claim.

Australian Consumer Guarantees
Our warranty complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.

Remedies & Returns
If a product is found to be faulty, we will provide a replacement product or other applicable product to fix the issue to resolve the issue. For hygiene reasons, we do not require customers to return the faulty product to us. Instead, we will remedy the situation without needing the physical item back.

Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by stains, spills, sweat, grease, or other marks due to misuse or mishandling.

  • General wear and tear from regular use.

  • Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.

Change of Mind Returns
We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you are dissatisfied with the product. We only offer replacements if the product is defective. This is due to hygiene reasons, as used bedding products cannot be restocked.

However, we make an exception for unopened products. It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping is non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
