At Pillow Pod, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for comfort and support. This document outlines our warranty and returns policy for all Pillow Pod customers. Please read through the following information:
Australian Consumer Guarantees Our warranty complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Remedies & Returns If you experience a fault within 6 months of receiving your Pillow Pod and it was present at the time of delivery, we’ll first work with you to resolve it - this may include sending replacement parts such as extra filling or a new case. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate. For hygiene reasons, we do not require customers to return the faulty product to us. Instead, we will remedy the situation without needing the physical item back.
Exclusions Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by stains, spills, sweat, grease, or other marks due to misuse or mishandling.
General wear and tear from regular use.
Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
Change of Mind Returns We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you are dissatisfied with the product. We only offer replacements if the product is defective. This is due to hygiene reasons, as used bedding products cannot be restocked.
However, we make an exception for unopened products. It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping is non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

I have a 5 year old who co-slept from a young age as she would never ever settle alone. She has never slept a full night without me beside her - exhausting! Tried different beds, toys, noises, lights - you name it 😭
Bought this thinking it would just be another thing that would fail. Initially it didn’t make much difference and she was opposed to using it. But 2 weeks in, she’s accepted it and is sleeping ALL NIGHT in her OWN BED!!!! A happy Mamma over here, would 100% recommend and advise you to persevere if you’re in the same boat
Highly recommend this pillow. My 6 yr old daughter was recently diagnosed with ADHD and hasn’t slept in her own bed in 3 years. She would either sleep on the lounge couch or in our bed. Since this pillow has arrived she is FINALLY sleeping in her own room and in her own bed. 10 hours every night. I tried everything and since finding this pillow I recommend it to everyone
I bought this size for my 11 year old son.
He thinks its amazing. Takes it to bed every night, then carrys it out to the Muscle Mat in the lounge every morning and sets up camp for the day. Its school holidays here at the moment.
I love the green soft cover. I think it needs a little more filling down the legs. Its snuggly but I have a memory foam tri pillow which I love so Im thinking I should have invested more $$ in the memory foam filled pillow pod for extra squishyness.
My sleep has improved so much since receiving this pillow! As a side sleeper this is a game changer, keeping my body in line, knees and ankles no longer knocking or rubbing! As cliche as it gets but my only regret is not buying it sooner
My daughter is autistic and was really struggling with sleep , she was waking 4 or 5 times a night now she will sleep until 5 which for her is amazing she absolutely loves her pillow pod so glad I bought it
I waited 6 months wondering if I should bother buying this for my kids. Well, they both love their pillows and use them all the time. They are obsessed.
We bought this for our granddaughter who is 5 and lives with us, she keeps crawling into our bed every night, in the middle of the night. We have had it for over a month and she has only crawled into our bed 3 times since we bought it! I only wish I had bought it sooner. I have told all my friends with kids at work all about it, and told them how great it is!
I absolutely love it, I purchased the plush version, however, I wish I now purchased the memory foam one, just found the plush one with heaps of gaps with the filling. I’ve tried multiple times to fluff it out and even close it up and shake it but still finding it’s not filling the gaps well.
Other than that, it is comfortable, and plush. The blue is such an amazing colour and hopefully it will help with surgery recovery

my autistic grandchild absolutely loves his new pillow pod, he actually sleeps in it all night and the soft cover is great for his sensory needs, best thing we have bought for him aiding him to sleep through the night
I have been having carpel tunnel issue with numb arms and hands. This pillow has made it all go away. I love the snuggle all around me and I am no longer numb. It helps with back and hip issue also. Oh the joy of getting older! Highly recommended this !
