At Pillow Pod, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed for comfort and support. This document outlines our warranty and returns policy for all Pillow Pod customers. Please read through the following information:
Australian Consumer Guarantees Our warranty complies with the Australian Consumer Law, ensuring you are entitled to a replacement or refund in cases where the product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
Remedies & Returns If you experience a fault within 6 months of receiving your Pillow Pod and it was present at the time of delivery, we’ll first work with you to resolve it - this may include sending replacement parts such as extra filling or a new case. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, we’ll arrange a replacement where appropriate. For hygiene reasons, we do not require customers to return the faulty product to us. Instead, we will remedy the situation without needing the physical item back.
Exclusions Our warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by stains, spills, sweat, grease, or other marks due to misuse or mishandling.
General wear and tear from regular use.
Damage resulting from failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
Change of Mind Returns We do not accept returns for change of mind or if you are dissatisfied with the product. We only offer replacements if the product is defective. This is due to hygiene reasons, as used bedding products cannot be restocked.
However, we make an exception for unopened products. It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping is non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Absolutely love it, I love that the memory foam is adjustable and the extra long length too!
So good for my hyper mobile body. And comforting too like a hug.
Only thing is I wish the top of the pillow where my head is had a bit more width.
But very happy
I got this for my 9yr old daughter who has trouble settling independently at night. She loves it and comments on how it makes her feel more safe and secure. My husband and I have been known to fall asleep on it too!
Great product but slightly disappointed that the filling in the head part of the pillow seems to be thinner than the rest of the pillow which means my child's sinks low into it. She doesn't like that feeling so has to add a soft toy to 'fill' the gap
Otherwise it is a lovely comfy pillow

This is the only thing that has worked, they are very cuddly girls and thank the lords above that these pillows provide the same soft squishy cuddles mum provides with her post baby body 😉

LOVE!! It is a bit heavy and clunky BUT I love my pillow. I use it at night to sleep. My sleep has improved and I am not waking with a sore neck & back.
Best pillow i got for my child, well worth every penny, she has always been a contact sleeper now has this!!, wraps around her and has even taken it on a trip, would suggest for anyone who has a child like mine and wants to be hugged or have a body part on you.
My son is Non-verbal autistic. He would get up most nights and fall asleep on his memory foam fold up couch. So we decided it was worth a shot trying out the pillow pod. The little lad now consistently stays in his bed and finds himself a lovely comfy position cuddling up to his new pillow. It is so comfortable the next one i am going to buy will be for my mother in-law.
Also the pillow arrived so quickly!! We are obsessed and very thankful to the pillow pod for making these to perfection! Highly reccomend!!

Our 4 year old loves the pillow pod. Although the reason we bought it was to keep our daughter in her bed, she still wakes up unfortunately and comes in. The pod is great in winter as it keep the child warm and snuggled in.
This memory foam pillow was exactly what I was looking for in my late second trimester. Cannot believe it isn’t marketed as a pregnancy pillow! I flip the L shape upside down and it supports my bump and my hips so well. Big fan, great sleeps since. Just wish the covers had more colour variety!
Absolutely love this pillow! We were a little skeptical and worried it wouldn’t make a difference for our 2.5yr old but from the very first night she used it she started sleeping through the night! She feels so comfy and secure and is able to settle herself back to sleep by snuggling into her pillow, something she could never previously do. Absolutely amazing!
