Thank you for reaching out to Pillow Pod! We’re happy to assist you with your NDIS order and help you find the right support 💙

Pillow Pod is an unregistered NDIS provider, meaning we can issue invoices for self-managed participants to pay directly or for plan-managed participants to submit to their plan manager for payment.

How to Request an Invoice:
Please enter the following details in the form below:

  • Participant name
  • Address
  • NDIS Number
  • Plan Manager's Email (if applicable)
  • List the items you wish to order and how many of each item you require including the preferred colours

Next Steps
Once you have submitted this form, a member of our Pillow Pod team will be in touch to provide a pro forma invoice for the requested products. This invoice can be paid directly if you are self-managed or forwarded to your plan manager for payment.

If you would like to receive your order as soon as possible, the fastest option is to purchase the item yourself and then submit the invoice to your Plan Manager for reimbursement. We are happy to provide the appropriate invoice for this purchase upon request.

Please note that approval and reimbursement decisions are made by your Plan Manager or the NDIS, and are outside of our control.

For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the product has been opened and the purchase is not approved for reimbursement.
