Pillow Pod is an unregistered NDIS provider, meaning we can issue invoices for self-managed participants to pay directly or for plan-managed participants to submit to their plan manager for payment.
How to Request an Invoice:
Please enter the following details in the form below:
- Participant name
- Date of Birth
- Address
- NDIS Number
- Plan Manager's Email (if applicable)
- List the items you wish to order and how many of each item you require including the preferred colours
Next Steps
Once you have submitted this form, a member of our Pillow Pod team will be in touch to provide a pro forma invoice for the requested products. This invoice can be paid directly if you are self-managed or forwarded to your plan manager for payment.
