Shipping and Delivery

Please visit our Shipping Information Page for all details about how our Pillow Pods are shipped straight to your doorstep so you can start getting your best rest as soon as possible.

Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your products and package it with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Most of our products are shipped out the same day as ordering if you order before 2pm on a business day, or the following morning.

Your order with then be sent via Australia Post from our Warehouse in NSW. Once your order is dispatched, it will be safely in your hands within the following timeframes depending on your location:

  • NSW: 2-4 business days
  • ACT: 2-4 business days
  • VIC: 3-5 business days
  • QLD: 3-5 business days
  • SA: 4-6 business days
  • TAS: 5-6 business days
  • WA: 6-8 business days
  • NT: 7-10 business days
  • NZ: 7-12 business days

Your Pillow Pod Support Pillow is vacuum sealed for easy and secure transportation straight to your doorstep. This helps protect it during transit and makes delivery more efficient. Once opened, the pillow will begin to expand - we recommend giving it some time to fully fluff up.

The vacuum bag can also be kept and reused for storage, travel, or moving house.

When your Pillow Pod Support Pillow arrives, open the vacuum-sealed bag and allow it to fully aerate and expand. The filling naturally compresses during transit, so we recommend giving it a shake and fluff to help the fibres settle evenly.

For the best first use:
- Let it breathe and expand for a few hours (or overnight if possible)
- Shake and fluff the filling, pulling the fibres apart with your hands to distribute it evenly
- Iron the Pillow Pod case to remove creases (The case arrives off the pillow to make this easier)

After this, your Pillow Pod will be ready to use and at its full size and comfort level. 💙

Pillow Pod Questions

Yes! Every Pillow Pod Support Pillow comes with a case in the colour of your choice.

Extra cases are also available to purchase if you’d like a spare for laundry days or styling. Our Standard Pillow Pods have cases sold separately in Cotton, Velvet, Satin, and Bamboo.

Choose Standard Filling if you prefer a softer, lower–medium pillow height with a cosy, hug-style feel. It has a plush polyester fill and offers soft–medium support.

Choose Adjustable Memory Foam if you prefer a taller pillow with more structure. It’s medium–firm, provides extra lift, and can be customised by removing or adding filling.

Extra filling packs are available for both styles if you ever want a top-up or more height.

Our Pillow Pod Support Pillows come in an amazingly large and cuddly one size fits most design and is 135 x 70 cm. They are all made individually with love so there may be a slight size variation per Pillow Pod Support Pillows.

If you're after an even longer size, we now have Extra Long Pillow Pod Support Pillows available in a generous 165 x 70cm!

Also, the filling of all Pillow Pod Support Pillows is easily accessible by a zip at the top so you can ensure that it is the perfect height to suit your needs.

Yes! All Pillow Pods have an inner zip so you can access the filling and adjust it to your ideal height and firmness. You can remove filling for a softer, lower profile, or add more for extra lift and support. We also offer additional filling packs if you ever want a top-up.

ll Pillow Pods come with a machine-washable case in the colour of your choice.

The inner Pillow Pod core is not machine-washable due to its size, but it can be spot-cleaned or gently hand-washed with mild detergent. After washing, lay it flat to air-dry in the sun. We don’t recommend hanging it, as the weight may damage the Pillow Pod.

For best results:
- Spot clean or hand-wash the core only
- Lay flat outside on a sunny day to dry
- Flip it occasionally so it dries all the way through
-Fluff once dry to redistribute the filling

Once fully dry, it’s ready to use again 💙

Payment

At Pillow Pod, your privacy and security is our highest priority. We use Shopify Payments which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers and also hold merchants accountable.

We accept the good old-fashioned methods of payment, such as credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) as well as debit cards that can be used for online transactions. If you’re a bit more tech-savvy, we offer GooglePay and ApplePay too!

Need a little longer to pay for your Pillow Pod order? We offer Afterpay and ZipPay payment plans too!

We are also NDIS friendly. If you reach out to us we can arrange to have an invoice sent to your NDIS Case Manager to organise payment.

All pricing for our Australian store is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

You may be experiencing issues as we only allow 1 discount to be applied at a time. For example, a Bundle discount and a 10% discount code cannot be used at the same time. If you have created a Bundle the option for second discount will not appear.

If you have any issues with receiving your discount code in your inbox please contact our lovely team so they can apply the discount code to your order or create you a new one!

The Afterpay option is available on the payment page after you have inputted your shipping details.

Pillow Pod is Australian owned & operated. Our HQ is located in Adelaide, South Australia, run by a small family team passionate about helping people sleep more comfortably.

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse in NSW, so when you order, you’re supporting an Australian business, local jobs, and real people behind the brand.

These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched by our Shipping Team you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.

We’re only human, so please be patient and we are working as quickly as possible to get back to you. We promise we won’t leave you on ‘read’!
