✔︎ You’ve made an order, your excited for a better sleep knowing your Pillow Pod is on its way - now what?
Once an order is placed, our Shipping Team will carefully collect your Pillow Pod and package it with love, so please allow up to 2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order. Most of our Pillow Pods are shipped out the same day as ordering or the following morning.
Your Pillow Pod with then be sent via Australia Post from our Warehouse in NSW. Once your order is dispatched, it will be safely in your hands within the following timeframes depending on your location:
NSW: 2-4 business days
ACT: 2-4 business days
VIC: 3-5 business days
QLD: 3-5 business days
SA: 4-6 business days
TAS: 5-6 business days
WA: 6-8 business days
NT: 7-10 business days
NZ: 8-12 business days
As soon as your order is sent you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us complete with a tracking number so you can follow your Pillow Pod every step of the way.
As the Pillow Pods are such a large cuddly size, you may receive your order in multiple packages for shipping purposes if you ordered multiple items. Your tracking number will indicate how many Items are associated with the tracking number if this is the case for your order by stating “Item 1 of 2”, etc.
Due to current COVID-19 limitations, Australia Post’s delivery driver has the discretion whether to leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.
We currently offer FREE Standard Australia Post Delivery on all Australian Orders!
For all Kiwi friends in NZ, there is a shipping fee of $10 AUD.
Yes, we do offer express delivery for purchase at checkout and the price will vary depending what location you are in.
We offer express delivery throughout Australia and to New Zealand.
Our express delivery service is provided through Australia Post's Express Post, which is the fastest way to get your Pillow Pod to you. If you need your Pillow Pod quickly, we recommend choosing our express delivery option at checkout.
